Project Description: |
Individuals will be hired by Village who are experienced in doing an inventory of records, records destruction and preparation of schedule of record destruction. The record destruction schedule will be submitted to the State. Those records which must be stored off site will be prepared for movement. This project is vital as the Village had records dating back to 1956 in its Village Hall. The volume of records uses up employees' valuable time in researching public requests. There is also a danger that items could be lost, misplaced, destroyed or damaged due to mishaps in Village Hall. |
