| Requesting a special appropriation for the Green Industries Institute. The start-up programs have been very successful, but due to the enrollment & projected new programs, much needs to be done to bring the site up to speed. We are asking that additional dollars be placed in the NFCC base since we are the administrative entity & fiscal agent for the program but all dollars will be designated for the specific purpose as outlined in a MOU. | |||||||||
