| Funds will be used for the purchase and installation of permanent storm shields on four buildings which are critical to the continual operation of the City of North Miami during major storm events; the Winson Water Plant at Sunkist Grove, City Hall, the Utilities Operations Center and the Motor Pool. | |||||||||
