Project Description:
This project will support the Opa-Locka Police Department to implement a new computer aided dispatch program for effective tracking of criminal activities in the community and allocating limited personnel resources.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Easy and efficient access to investigate information, fast report writing process, reduce manpower, reduce the paper waste by approimatley 50 percent and availability of accurate and up to date information to other local, county, state, and federal agencies.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Efficient and accurate investigative record keeping and other relevant information, better allocation of personnel utilization, significant reduction in paper waste and effective track of criminal activity to provide safety and services to our residents and businesses.
