Primary care services for the homeless, uninsured and indigent throughout Monroe County through use of a medically equipped mobile van.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Reduction of indigent health care costs to local hospital ER's.

Reduction of 25% of 3 county hospital ER costs.
