The Gainesville Technology Enterprise Center (GTEC) is part of the City's Economic Development initiative in partnership with the University of Florida, Alachua County and others. Funding is sought to help with construction and operation of the Center. |

The Center is being created to help grow local companies, diversify the area's employment sectors, and add higher paying jobs for local and area residents. It will function to help nurture and grow small start-up companies that use technologies for project development. |
