Design phase funding for constructioin of a new 11,702 square foot clinic in Lake Wales
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
in 96-97 Lake Wales staff provided services to 8,785 clients in primary visits as well as 2,614 immunizations. These numbers have seen a dramatic increase since that time
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Assurance of continued compliance with ADA and Dept of Health regulations along with better services for clients and working conditions for staff
