Project Description:
Consturction of 7,000 feet of 10 foot wide recreation trail through 2 adjacent City parks to extend the Clearwater East-West Trail by 4.5 miles and connect it to Florida Power Trail-Pinellas Trail system.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Provide access to an extensive off-road recreational trail system.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Increased use of the countywide trail system for fitness, recreation and commuting to work and school; reduced congestion on streets paralleling the trail and improved air quality along streets paralleling the trail.
