Renovation of building that was constructed/renovated in 1954. Presently, there is no secure means of transporting prisoners in and out of the facility, no rooms for attorneys/professionals to meet with clients, no separate restromm facilities for prisoners, and a general lack of secure space for courtrooms and isolated holding areas for prisoners. |

The courthouse serves as the hub for all governmental functions in our rural area. Addressing the access and security needs of the current facility will provide a safe and efficient facility for the citizens, as well as the governmental and nonprofit entities that utilize the facility. |
