Project Description:
The development of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) at the University of South Florida (St. Petersburg).
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Microelctromechanical systems (MEMS) has applications across nearly all business and governmental sectors. This project will benefit the state by providing a more accurate means of ensuring water safety, air quality and other uses, including national defense. The state's economy and job base will also be enhanced by providing developmental services to those businesses, thereby enhancing their ability to stay competitive and viable.
