continue implementation of the statewide initiative identifying and providing specialized health services to individuals with lung disease in the state of Florida

reduction of health care costs via early intervention for preventive medical care, and increased access to treatment and new advanced therapies for Florida citizens suffering from lung disease

increase by 50% the numer of individuals referred for specialized medical care
