Expansion of Smithsonian's public outreach and marine research in Florida through addition of "Environmental Coordinator" and "Resident Research Scientist" at Smithsonian's new campus in Fort Pierce

Education and training of Floridians (both adults and children) in marine sciences and resources by Smithsonian scientists.
