The program is designed to develop, implement, and disseminate a model for professional teacher development and certification that addresses legislative concerns outlined in Review of Florida Educator Certification.

Help the schools throughout the state become fully staffed by well-trained, certified teachers.

Improved student and school grades, improved student attendance and standardized test scores.
