Innovative use of reclaimed water to create highly functional wetlands, increase groundwater recharge and provide for effluent disposal without deep well injection.

Increase spatial extent of wtlands; improve native plant and animal species abundance and diversity.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Creation of 170 acre marsh.
