Improvements to the city's water system which will require three new wells, new treatment facility, new storage tank and extensive line replacement.

Potable water system has experienced extensive degradation. The City of Apalachicola is designated as an Area of Critical State Concern relative to environmental issues and Franklin County is designated by the Governor as an Area of Economic Critical Concern.

Water Quality Improvements to benefit the health and safety of the city water system users.
