Program that would study and monitor elder access to the civil justice system to be administered by the Office of the Statewide Public Guardian. |

Services Provided/Benefit to State: |

Program would allow the establishment of a program at FMHI(Florida Mental Health Institute at the University of South Florida in cooperation with the Elder Justice Center of Hillsborough County)using the annual income revenue from the trust to study and monitor elder access to the civil justice system. Would insure that all the elderly of the state had appropriate and adequate knowledge and access to use the system on their behalf. |
