Project Description:
To continue implementation of a statewide initiative by identifying and providing specialized health services to individuals with lung disease in the state of Florida.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Reduction of health care costs via early intervention for preventive medical care, and increased access to treatment and new advanced therapies for Florida citizens suffering from lung disease.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Increase by 50% the number of individuals referred for specialized medical care.
