Paving of Old Kings Road north of Palm Coast to U.S. 1 with the construction/addition of an interchange at Old Kings Road and I-95.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Provide northernly evacuation route for residents of Palm Coast, the highest concentration of population in the county, as well as residents east of I-95.
