A community/entreprenurial pilot program, centered around an aquaculture project in an inner-city community for the purpose of raising tilapia (fish) aquatic and ornamental plants that are to be sold as part of a small business. The objective to to establish an economic and financial environment and aptitude for self sufficiency. |
