Program will assist low-moderate income clients in securing home ownership. Services include workshops, individual counseling, pre and post purchase education, etc.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Decrease dependency on government sponsored housing. Increase discretionary income and stimulate the local economy.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Increased homeownership, financial stability, and self-sufficiency.
