Mental Health Services for infants and young children (birth to 5 years) and their families.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Intensive individualized mental health service to improve quality of parent-child bond and relationship for high risk infants and young children due to abuse, neglect or mental illness.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Increased rate of successful reunifications. Decrease rate of re-entry into child welfare (fostercare) system.
