Project Description:
Renovations and upgrades to meet local, state and national codes, i.e., safety, ADA, Dept of Children and Families and Child Development Services specifications for accredited childcare facilities.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Provide child care services for a community identified to be in critical need; recruit, hire and train individuals on welfare.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Completion and opening of this facility will afford a work force that will provided child care services; provide state certified workers; create 50 positions for welfare recipients who will work and gain economic self sufficiency.
