Expansion of Winter Park Community Center located in a blighted, predominantly minority neighborhood.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
The Center houses a Head Start Program, Senior Citizen Programs, after school programs for disadvantaged youth, youth sports and culture programs.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Increased participation of parents in youth activities, expansion of Head Start program.
