To expand Perdido Key Drive (SR 292) from two to four lanes and to include a bridge over the intercoastal waterway from the Alabama State Line to Blue Angel Parkway.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Emergency evacuation route and toe be in compliance with the Department of Community Affairs requirements with respect to the Escambia County Comprehensive Plan.

Evacuation route, traffic concurrency.
