Development will include construction of 8 baseball fields, 2 softball fields, one football field, restroom/concession facilities, with related roadways and parking, to be used by athletic organizations for recreational league activities, regional tournament activities, both youth and adult, as well as larger scale tournament activities. |

Services Provided/Benefit to State: |

|
Development would serve local recreation needs to approximately 100,000 population and also provide facilities for regional, state and national athletic tournaments and events for youth. Infrastructure construction would provide support for other governmental services to locate on this regional facility. |
