Project Description:
To establish a third mobile team to accommodate the needs of eligible children and families residing in the Middle Keys.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
The Mobile Team will allow children to remain in their schools and with their families. This service also saves placements in the limited number of foster homes in the Florida Keys, as the team provides support to foster parents;thereby strenghtening family units.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Provide increased healthcare serves in the Middle Keys.
