Provides funds to the Florida Small Business Development Center Network to conduct hurricane/disaster mitigation and energy conservation facility inspections for small and minority owned businesses by certified energy auditors. |

This project reduces economic loss from disasters by identifying and overseeing implementation of energy efficient hazard mitigation measures that lower on-going operating costs through reduced energy consumption as well as disaster recovery costs. |
