Assist with mental disorders of HIV/AIDS patients such as depressive disorders anxiety and panic disorders, mood disturbances, etc.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
The decrease in emotional instability/depression and increase in ability to think more rationally that will result from the provision of mental health.

Prevents increase in cost to state from state institutions by adding the problem early
