Project Description:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Center for Marine Studies will be a regional facility for outreach education and career training in marine science, and marine biotechnology to Northeast Florida.  This 20,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility will include 4 teaching laboratories, two classrooms, a 300 seat auditorium, a wet lab/aquarium, interactive exhibits, and access to the pristine and protected "living classroom" the surrounds the Whitney Laboratory.

This facility will be available to the diverse educational organizations in the region, and will serve students of all ages from elementary school through senior citizens.
