Construction of a secured temporary shelter for victims of domestic violence and their children.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
To enhance public safety by providing emergency shelter space for domestic violence victims and their children in order to reduce the incidence and potential for domestic violence, child abuse, and homocide.

To reduce physical injuries and emotional harm resulting from incidents of domestic violence.
