Science, Tobacco & You, too is a multidisciplinary curriculum resource which engages students in developing skills in science, language arts, mathematics, and other subjects. It provides multi-sensory experiences, through which students explore the harkful effects of tobacco on theit bodies, strategies for handling peer pressure to use tobacco products, the impact of tobacco use on their lives and local society, and how they can use a scientific perspective to make decisions. |

Reduce tobacco use in Fl youth & enhance teaching and learning, through resources provided to FL middle schools: 900 teachers trained and distributed to 450 schools - directly impacting over 368,000 students. |

||||
At a cost of less than $9.30 per FL student initially reached, with no addiitonal reoccurring costs so at the end of three years the cost equates to $3.10 per student to reduce tobacco use in Florida's youth. |
