Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Education project for river heritage, river ecology, and tourism and economic development pilot project as the first floating convention center.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Increased awareness of the value of a health river system through partnership with American Heritage River. Increased tourism, and meeting and convention business which will positively impact Palatka's economy
