The project consists of the construction of a disaster shelter for the citizens of Milton, Santa Rosa County and the State of Florida. The facility is to be designed to withstand hurricane-force winds. The facility will serve as a shelter for those who are required to evacuate and at others times will be used as a recreational facility for area residents. |
