Funding to purchase a mobile health van, equipped with 2 screening rooms and a triage area that will be used to take medical screening services into the community, specifically targeting the indigent, underserved, hard to reach populations.

Provide high quality substance abuse treatment for up to 150 indigent patients yearly at an affordable cost
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Bring residential substance abuse favility into full required compliance with building codes and standards to provide service for up to 150 patients annually
