Project Description:
Build or purchase a facility within the greater Pensacola area for overall management and provision of on-site and outreach rehabilitation services to visually impaired residents of Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton counties.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Teach independent living skills, computer technology skills and provide vocational rehabilitation for the blind and visually impaired
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Number of blind or visually impaired residents who live independently and the number who have secured employment.
