Multi-purpose building for 25 bed Level VI facility, as current facility is cited as having "very limited space" by the state and in need of major repairs.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Make better use of the State's current resources by providing space for overlay services and enhancing outcome to reduce recidivism.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Progress 9 months in grade level over 3-month stay, and remain drug-free.
