Individual and collective opportunities for patients and their families throughout Florida to experience the healing benefits of all the expressive arts. Training of interns in Medical Music Therapy at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in cooperation with Florida State University. Such therapy has been successfully used as part of treatments in many aspects of medical treatment, ranging from patient calming in the neo-natal unit to assisting memory and cognition in elderly patients. |
