The Hair/Nails Home Care Project will offer the services of a State of Fl., Board Certified Hairdresser to home bound clients. The services will include a first visit to assess the client hair and nail conditions, cut hair and provide manicure. Monthly visit will be provided for hair trimming and nail care to achieve or maintain the physical and psychological benefits that this project provides. |
