School and Community based intervention and treatment program for Endeavor High School Students who experience disciplinary, truancy, alcohol, drug abuse and mental health problems or exhibit other identified at risk behaviors

assessment, individual group and family treatment case management, in home support, crisis intervention, services for identified students within Okeechobee School District
