To award an annual appropriation of $250,000 to each of the four not-for-profit College Bowl Organizations in the State of FLorida. In any year where any Bowl hosts a National Championship game, then such year the legislature would be awarding $1,000,000 to that not-for-profit Bowl Organization while awarding the other three $250,000 |

Among the many services that will be provided taht will benefit the State are (a) significant economic impact through a dramatic invrease in out-of-state tourism. (b) an increase in both national and international media exposure and (c) an enhancement of the area's positive image. |
