Project Description:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Construct a training facility adjacent to the Pat Thomas Law Enforcement Academy to provide centralized training for state law enforcement officers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Services Provided/Benefit to State:

 

 

 

 

 

Initial and in-service training for all law enforcement agencies pursuant to statutes.  This new facility would replace current FHP academy which is way too small to serve current need.  The new facility would allow for sharing of basic infrastructure and training courses with Pat Thomas Law Enforcement Academy.  This would result in a cost savings to the state.
