Project Description:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Multi-diverse citizens are trained in the dependency/child welfare system to perform mandated, in-depth judicial reviews of each child providing accountability of all parties to compliance with case plan, i.e. reunification or adoption.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Services Provided/Benefit to State:

 

 

 

 

 

Ensures timeliness of review, thus preserving federal funds for Title IV-E and IV-B. Ensures quality of care and services provided by Dept. of Children & Families to dependent children, provides means to monitor actions of service providers.
