Replacement of "sub-grade" plate glass windows with tempered glass for safety purposes, ceiling replacement

This project is in the Governor's designated Area of Economic Critical Concern). Mid-1960's era courthouse that has a lot of glass that needs to be changed out to tempered glass for safety purposes. General renovation needed to building.
