The project will demonstrate the cost-effectiveness of a nurse-based non-insurance primary care system in inner city and rural communities.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
The project will provide primary services to school children in 4 inner city and 2 rural communities in District 11. Data and experience derived from this project will allow for establishment of a cost-effective system for school health statewide.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Number of children served, increased school attendence.
