Services Provided/Benefit to State: |

Communicable disease, disease investigation and prevention, immunizations, family planning, public health education, school health, WIC services, environmental health services and vital statistics. Benefits will be to provide health and environmental services for all of Walton County in a more safe, efficient manner. The new facility will meet established space and security requirements of the Department of Health. Increased public space will contribute to reaching larger numbers of Florida citizens and visitors with a wider variety of effective, valuable health services, emphasizing disease prevention and health education. Increased workspace will allow resolution of confidentiality, disabled access and substandard workspace issues. |
