Development of a family neighborhood center as a prevention model, focusing on health prevention, child abuse prevention and promoting safe and stable families program. Services to include family support services, parenting education, mental health services including outpatient medical (individual,group & family), health prevention; pre placement prevention services to help children at risk of foster care placement remain safely with their families |
