Project Description:
continued development & implementation of comprehensive education program for condominium and cooperative association directors and unit owners, including classroom education, long distance learning (teleconferencing, video-conferencing, Internet and computer media) manuals and other written material to be adopted from existing materials or created as appropriate
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
provision of legislatively mandated education to condominium and cooperative unit owners and directors through a partnership between a private nonprofit with expertise in condominium/cooperative issues and an established educational entity with branches throughout Florida, experienced in adult oriented education

objectives: reduced complaints filed with Board of Condominiums, reduced number of condominium related cases referred for meditation, arbitration and court action
