Project Description:
A 24 bed Hospice inpatient facility to be located in north Lee County.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
To provide a cost-effective and accommodating facility for inpatient care of terminally ill individuals at the end of life when they are unable to remain in their own home.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
To provide enhanced care in a less costly setting than an acute care facility in an area of Lee County that is underserved and to provide a service to residents of Charlotte County.
