Project Description:
To construct a 6500 sq. ft. youth counseling center, immediately adjacent to an existing building used by FOSI.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
FOSI will be able to serve an additional 90 SAFE re-entry youths, who have succesfully completed their residential commitments and are ready to be re-introduced to their local community.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
A reduction of the waiting list for re-entry programs, reduced juvenile crime, and a significant lowering of youthful offender recidivisms are measurable outcomes as a result of the funding of this program.
