Project Description:
The Pensacola Beach Fishing Pier was damaged by Hurricanes Opal and Erin in 1995. The pier needs reinforcement to enhance structural integrity by raising the facility 10 feet and providing additional foundation in areas of marine clays.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Public fishing pier in this major resort area increase state and local tax revenues.

Increased number of visitors to Pensacola Beach.
